need EAD asap
i have my biometrics next week (march 11), im applying for 130 485 and 765 thru marriage, i dont mind 130 and 485 taking 50 years but I really need the 765 to work, i been unemployed for about 4 weeks and im out of cash.
I sent my papers to TSC,
questions
1. Do I need biometrics first before i get EAD?
2. Can i expedite EAD because of financial loss?
3. whats the normal time for TSC to send out EADS? a friend of mine got his in less than 60 days.

It takes 60-90 days for EAD for family based petitions.
and you need to have you biometrics done before getting the EAD
This is why USCIS wants someone to file an I-864 for a family based green card applicant
