I want to file GC for my parents. My Fathers name is mis-spelled in my Birth certificate. You know how it is trying to correct this now. What alternatives do I have ? they had 10 year multiple entry B1/B2 visa which just expired.

I want to file GC for my parents. My Fathers name is mis-spelled in my Birth certificate. You know how it is trying to correct this now. What alternatives do I have ? they had 10 year multiple entry B1/B2 visa which just expired. Get an affidavit from 2 people who are of your fathers age, either his brother ,sister, or cousin, stating that he is your father and there is a mistake in the spelling of his name. the affidavit also should state that you were born to your mother and father , with thier DOB and Date of marriage.
That affidivit should be notarised
