Hello,

I am a US Citizen and i had applied for my wife and minor child together under family based when i was a GC Holder and their I 130s got approved by the time i became a US Citizen in Jan 2010 and processed their AOS Fees and IV fees and applied for the DS 230.

They asked to correct my I-864 since my minor child is eligible for the waiver and i did it and my wifes Bith certificate was asked to submit again and i sent them.

Now after they received the documents my minor sons interview has been scheduled in Sydney and my wifes is still saying that they have received the document and they need 6 to 8 weeks for review(Standard Message).

Since my wifes Birth certificate was sent after the I-864 may be the delay..

My question is since the minor childs Interview is scheduled for Aug 24th will they also schedule my wife on the same date or a different date or do i need to call them and let them know about the situation..
