can you advise me how long it will take to bring my wife to the states

You will file I-130, Good news is the family visa category applicable for you has advanced by leaps and bounds and they are processing cases filed in 2009, essentially as of now its taking between 1-2 years, and if it advances further then it could take less.

in i-130 avidafit is requierd ..i am newly married .....western union monye transfer recipt is it enough

while a lot of priority dates have become current recently, a lot of the cases have not even been forwarded to consulates even though they have been current for several months.
