DB2 greencarld holder sponsoring the spouseI came to US under my first husbands green card. I was his dependent so I have db2 green card. We got divorced a year ago. And now I am married to someone else. I want to bring my husband. Does anyone have any suggestion what i should do? Please help.
As a GC holder, your spouse cannot come immediately. So, although you can sponsor, you will not be libving together in the US unless he can obtain a dual intent work visa on the basis of his own credentials.
