Bona Fides Affidavits

I have a question about the Bona Fides affidavits.

In the directions for the I-130 it says full name and address is needed. I have 2 affidavits.

One was filled out with first name and last name, the other was filled out with first name, middle initial and last name.

Are these going to be rejected?
