Has anyone got an interview date for August 2010? If yes, is your PD current or will be current as of August 1?

I filed for my wife ( marriage based ) back in April & our interview is in August 02. But my wife of 7 yrs live here in States & Im an US citizen therefore no PD requirements needed.
