I-130 for Mom but ...I will be filing I-130 for my mom and dad soon. I know that I will have to file I-130 seperately for both parents. Along with citizenship certificate, I will have to attach a copy of my birth certificate showing my both parents name on it. But i do not have my mothers name on the birth certificate and that is because back in days in my country it was not common to put moms name on the birth certificate. Now I do not know how to overcome this issue? Would affidevit from me and my dad would be enough to show that she is my mom? Please advice what to do?
