Everything was filed over 3 months ago... still no answers...

I would like to know if you are experiencing the same delays as I do... Over 3 months ago, the 27th of march I filed everything with my lawyer... and as of today still nobody answered; Not even a receipt #!! hes already been at 2 appointments INFOPASS, but the answer is that theres shortage of personnel; (Everything has been recently moved from Chicago to Nebraska)
Is anybody else experiencing this?
