I130 Question
Hi all,
I need help on my I130 application.
I am a green card holder and trying to apply for my wife.
She is currently here on a student visa.
When I fill out I130, Do I need to answer the following questions?
19. Your relatives address aboard
20. If your relatives native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write her name and forign address in the native alphabet.
Since she is here already, so I dont need to do anything on this part, correct?
