I had posted a question about the ds3032 that my brother in law who is over 21 unmarried recieved (my mother in law who is a US citizen applied for his i130, he is in Russia) because it stated that the DS3032 is sent to those that have a visa number available or are likely to have one available with in 9 months. Didnt know whether to get too excited about this. Well we filed that as well as paid his Affidavit of Support Fees and now they have sent a bill for the ds 230 ($404) and they are also sending the packet for the ds 230..... Now, does this mean that things are moving along the way they should be??? how much longer should/could it take now??? Is there a chance it could still take YEARS or what??? His PD is in 2007
Things are moving pretty quick now according to the bulletin but dont get too excited there is no telling, he is probably still months away but rest assured its not years.
@natigan, pls which precise month in 2007 is his pd, cos my pd is also ( feb ) 2007 and i havent gotten anythin yet....did ur mother inlaw recieve the AOS before your brother inlaw recieve his own papers?
