How to answer question 14 on I-130 , becasue i got green card through marriage but iam now US citizen
where it ask you did you get you green card through marriage, bcozi got green card through previous marriage but now i am is citizen

You have to be a permanent resident to get to Naturalization, the answer to that is yes in in your case because you did gained your PR through marriage.

I am in the same boat as you. I dont think we need to fill question 14 or 14b as they are only for those who are US Permenant Resident.
It says next to question 14:
"If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following:"
