I-130, Petetion for Relative, Sister, Brother of a U.S.Citizen
I am US citizen. I have filed a petition for my Brother in India. At the time of petition he had 2 kids. Now he has another child. At what point of processing I should notify immigration. The case is approved and forwarded to NVC ( national Visa Center), NH.?
Should I inform NVC or at New Delhi?

When the NVC will send You the instructions to file the affidavit of support I-864 that will be the best time, have the copy of the Birth Certificate of the additional child handy to provide NVC.
