I-130 filed for parents in May, no news yet - Should I worry?

I an a USC and have filed I-130 for Counselor Processing for both my parents on May 17th. The check got cashed around May 17. The online status shows the following message
" Initial Review On May 17, 2010, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN,"

I heard it took about a month before I would get a notice to file for I-485 and other applications but I have not heard anything back. Anyone in the same shoes? Any suggestions on how long should i wait or expect to wait?

Thanks

You should have received the I-130 receipt notice by now. Have you received it?

I heard it took about a month before I would get a notice to file for I-485 and other applications but I have not heard anything back. You dont file I-485 for consular processing. But the other paperwork is not to be filed until the I-130 is approved, so you still have months of waiting before you file anything else.

yes I did receive the notice. How long does it take to approve I-130? Where can I find this information? For some reason I thought this takes less than a month and so was a bit worried

Thanks in advance

I am on the same both. We mailed I-130 May 4th and got the receipt a week or so later. No updates since then. Its been two months now and counting.
