Cross Chargeblity

Hi,

I have a question regarding cross chargeblity.I am born indian and my wife is iranian born. As per the dates GC processing is current. My question is when can I use her chargeblity If I am applying for Green Card. Once my labour gets approved can I file I140/485/EAD/AP all of them same time as the dates are current? Please help me replying back with your experience and knowledge.
