I am a LPR,will be a USC in a month..
i am applying a LPR for my Husband who arrived to USA as a student and is now on H1-b.

on I-30 Part C .Q 14
14. If your relative is currently in the U.S., complete the following:
He or she arrived as a:
(visitor, student, stowaway, without inspection, etc.)---should i enter a student or a h1-b worker???

and the date arrived? should i fill it as the most recent arrival or the original arrival date?

Any input is appreciated..

I would put his most recent arrival date and whatever status he was at the date of his last arrival

Question 14 is referring to the most recent arrival.
