Applying for Green Card Through Marriage
My husband was a self petitioner who got his green card through extraordinary ability case. His then wife got her green card through him as well (beginning of 2004).
They lived seperately when she received her green card and I was leaving with him at the time. They divorced at the end of 2004 and we got married in about 6 month.
He just became a citizen and I would like to apply for green card. Will it create a problem for his ex wife and can they take her green card away if they find out they were not living together at the time she got her greencard and that he was living with someone else?
Why are you so concerned about an ex-wife from 6 years ago? Are you a friend of the ex-wife? Or are you really the ex-wife?
Does it really make that much difference to you?) Id appriciate your input if you have information.
