Does not have Fathers birth certificate nor do I have the non-availability certificate ......
I am applying for my parents green card. they are both here since last 90 days. I do not have the following ......
1. my fathers birth certificate nor the non-availability certificate.
2. my parents marriage certificate nor the non-availability certificate.
I am trying to obtain these through someone in India, but have very little confidence that I will be able to get them, mainly because my parents are already here. Do I have any options at this time or Should I consider to not file at this time? Appreciate any help very much.

yeA u need their birthcertificate to apply.....until you get them then its not worth apllying yet~~~~
