removal of GC condition..none residing with spouse, no lease or mortage together!I need to apply for removal of condition on my GC. I have been married to my US citizen wife for 3 years and we have a son together. we live in a govt low income apartment before i got a job out of state that is like 3hrs drive from home. I share an apt with a friend 7mths ago and took my name off the govt low income apt to prevent two rents. I do spend 4days out of home and 3days at home with family. what could this done to my GC application?
Surely you must have some bills and bank statements showing that you live at the same address as your spouse? Those combined with your sons birth certificate should make it easy to get your I-751 approved.

I think that i have every other required documents by USCIS except lease/mortage. we ve checking&saving actt, utility bill, auto insurances on my wife apt. and most of my other stuffs are on the address also. i only use the address of my shared apt for my work correspondence only.
Your childs birth certificate will more than compensate for the lack of lease/mortgage.
