Hi,

My parents have filed I-130 pettition for me. Now I have received the DS-3032. At the time when the application was filed I was unmarried but now I am married. The affidavid fee is alreasy paid.

I want to know if I can get the immigration visa even with this unreported change?

If you got married after the sponsoring parent became a US citizen, the I-130 will remain alive, but you will shift to the 3rd preference category. So that probably will delay your eligibility for an immigrant visa for a few years. Check the priority date against the visa bulletin.
