I have a few questions about the I-751. My wife has the conditional green card of 2 years and its almost time to file the I751. My question is, she was working but recently was laid off and so is now getting unemployment checks. Will this affect her getting approved once we file the I751?

Also, last time we had a laywer help us file but this time we plan on doing it ourselves to save money. So if we send all the required evidence of support, they might just approve us without an interview or will we have to interview again. Thanks.
