Immigration Site

In 2006 my hubby (USC) and I got married and are still living a fairy tale (over 4 years now).

Presently we live in Canada. We have one child together, as well he is step father to our two older children of whom I have "sole custody" and "sole guardianship"

We are discussing moving to Arkansas to be close to family and relatives.

I contacted USCIS to see what options we have..... and Im so very confused.

We were told to fill out the following:
I130 x 3 - one for me, and one for each of hubbys step children
G325A x 1 - for me

Obviously with hubby living here in Canada he has no American Income.

USCIS stated that hubby could file the I130s through our consolate and that once they were approved we would be able to accompany him down....

However she also mentioned an income necessity.....

Can anyone point me in the direction of either a "package" of what we need and how to go about it, or at least lay it out for us so we know what we are facing?
