first off is this the correct address if you send them together in addition i am doing this without a lawyer but have spent much time and deciation to researching and making sure things are right, anyhows how does most individuals send this packet out with what type of shipping, certified or registered i would think. ok thanks any help woud be appreciated oh yea i live in NY

Shipping----any types of shipping are fine. I used USPS.
