how does actual apeal look like?can anyone put some light as how does the apeal from deny of I130 look like? My understanding is that notice of apeal has to be send to the local USCIS office, but for what? so that the local uscis district attorney will look through it? and then what happens? they prepare an answer to our attorneys apeal and they send it to the judge? can someone elaborate?
