Need Help Refugee Claiment in CanadaGreetings I am hoping that someone can help me. Please dont judge me. I am a refugee claimant from Mexico currently living in Vancouver. I lived in the US for several years but decided to claim refugee status in Canada because I was afraid of being deported back to Mexico. Is it true that he can send a letter to USCIS to notify them that he is now a Citizen and thus my priority date will advance? Also, should he notify them that I live in Canada? Thanks.
