filed I-751 March, 2005 still no update
Hi Everyone,
I have a very complex situation, well who doesnt in immigration I guess.
I have made infopass appointments numerous times, called the hotline numerous times but nobody seems to to know anything about my case not even where my file is located right now. I do know for sure (100%) that I am not in "Removal Proceeding" either. They keep on stamping my passport (I-551). The last stamp was given to me on July, 2009.
The online database doesnt even have my receipt number.
Now should I file for my I-751 again with a waiver or should I first try to find out what happened?
How should I now proceed with my case?
