I-175 questions.
I have a question for you guys.
I am filling I-175 in January. My husbands son tis going to write an affidavit. Does it have to be notarised or not?
Also, what is the chance that we will have an interview?
One more question. My 2 years green card expires in April 2010. Am I allowed to travel overseas in December of this year? Will I have any problems coming back since?
