Employer based to Family based & I-693Quick question: My employer based (I485) has been pending since Sept 2007. Recently, my wife became a citizen and I am in the process of applying for family based GC. I have filled out all the necessary forms but the question is do I have file I-693 form and get immunized again? Do my previous I-693 dont count anymore? I thought there was some validity of duration rule to I-693?
You have to do the I-693 again. However, you should not need to redo the shots, assuming you have records of the shots you got for the first I-693, or can obtain them from the doctor who did them.
