Certified/Notarized?
Hello -
When submitting supporting documents (such as copy of birth certificate, copy of marriage certificate, etc), do they need to be certified? I dont seem to find this in the instruction.
Id appreciate the input!
They do not need to be certified/notarized unless it specifically states that they have to be.
