I checked today and the processing time for a USC (for I-130) is 5 months.
Even for Permanent Residents its not 5 years but 40 something months (for I-130) in California Service Center.
How come youve been waiting for 5 years? Moreover as a USC.
Are you on a name check process?
I am under I-130 F3 (married son of US citizen over 21). Don`t know what`s going on....

and it says

So it looks like you are within the timeframe and your turn should be soon.
