Please Help!!! AOS for Overstay; Filling out the forms
Hi,
Please share your experiences if you were filling out AOS package forms (G325, I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765 etc.) for a husband/wife whose status is expired (J1 no requirements) but currently in US and married USC.
How to answer questions such as Type of Application and Current status? on I-765 and other forms? What photocopies to send along with the package to proof the status? Please advise. Thank you!
So many people filled out similar forms for overstayed relative but no response on this forum

Thank you! Ive looked. But how to respond let say for Please the form I-765 question 15 if the relative Overstayed? Shall i put the previous known status if its expired?
