Please clarify for the Part 3: type

is any difference if I put Exchange Alien or Temporary worker?
She came into the US as a Exchange Visitor. Please advise.

Just put J1 nonimmigrant. Thats is what I did to mine Is your wife subject to HRR? If she is, did she get a waiver?
