What is an initial interview? Anyone got approved after initial interview?

Thats just standard wording. 90%(?) people got approval after the initial one.

If youll be approved at the spot (meaning youll be very lucky to have interview with the supervisor). However many offices dont do stamps anymore. Also very often the initial approval must be run by the supervisor, so you "kinda" get an approval, but the email "card production ordered" comes days later.
