Father US citizen filed for married daughters family based in India, paid NVC fees, need an advice
I130 approved - priority date March 05, 2001.
US Citizen father filed for married daughters family based in India.
Already paid $70 for petitioner and $400 each for an application directly to NVC online. Also status is paid on NVCs website. Payment made on August 2009.
Now I like to know what is next and how complicated process will be.
Please advise also do we need an attorney or can be done without.
