Green Card Processing
Hi Gurus,
I am working in USA on H1B visa. I landed here during the month of June 2008. My sibling who is a Citizen of USA is helping me in sponsoring Green-card. I have some questions regarding the same.
1. Can my sibling sponsor Green card for me working in USA on H1?
2. What is the time duration will it take for the entire process to take place?
3. If I return back to India, will the Green card process is discontinued?
4. If my company also sponsors Green card later will this affect my siblings Green-card application?
5. Should I be always on the job for this?
