Conditional Green Card to F1Folks I have been wondering about this. If a person who is on a conditional green card is divorced, then trys to remove conditions by themselves and fails... Can they still get an F1 visa if admitted to a school. That is if they werent in deportation proceedings?
most likely not, since they proved immigrant intent.
