Immigration Site

Dear All:

I got a quick question regarding my parents immigration. We have a file pending at NVC for them. Below it is the question

If my parents dont want to immigrate now and therefore ask NVC to stop the process and release the available visa, can they immigrate again in the future ? Lets say if after 1 year or later they decide to come and we put the petition again for them, would that be rejected or is it allowed and does not have to do with your past decision ?

I would greatly appreciate your answers. That will help us decide.

There is no rule that says someone cannot apply for immigration more than once.
