Received NOA I-797C for Parents I-130 (CP)
I applied for both my parents in August 08 and I just received I-797C - Transfer Notice yesterday. The Notice of Action indicates that the case has been transfered to CSC. Is this a good thing?
Also, what are the next steps?

I applied for my mom at the beginning of October and the case was transfered to CSC on Nov 17th for "faster processing". And i have heard nothing since.
I have heard that this transfer is a good thing, but who really knows, only time will tell.
