Immigration Site

Hi everbody, my name is Renato, and i live in brazil..
In 15 of jul. /2008, my daughter, in the condition of american citizen, applied for me, an IMMIGRANT PETITION GOES RELATIVE (I-130).

I believe that it has joined all the necessary proofs. I am not sure, because, recently, in visit to the site of USCIS, did I come across the information that, in my case, (father of her), should I prove the family relationship for the birth certificate showing both parents names (OK), as well as with a copy of the marriage license, establishing that I was married with my daughters mother, before her birth (?).

It happens that, in the occasion, both we (father/mother) were single!!
The subject is: My case, in USCIS, will it be rejected?? will I have a chance of amending, before the final decision??? Or is that demand irrelevant, and will my case be granted?
I await, anxious for answer
