Hi all,
Im in the process of applying to remove my conditional 2-year GC.
One of the things Im most worried about is my background check will show 2 different addresses Im having on the record. One is my permanent that I live with my wife, the other is my apartments address at a different city where my college is. Do I need include in the I-751 package to USCIS an enrollment verification from my school so that it will help to clear up this two-different-addresses suspicion?
By the way, my evidences, so far, include:
-Copy driver licenses showing same address
-20 something joint bank accounts statements
-Letter from Bank of America verifying accounts balance and duration
-Void check with both names appear
-Joint house tittle
-Joint tax return for 2 years
-Joint land phone bill
-Joint auto insurance for 2 cars
-Joint health insurance purchased through the school Im studying at.
-Album with about 20 pics of us together with friends, family throughout the last 2 years.
Will this be ok for me to pass without going through a tiresome interview process?
Many thanks,
The more information you submit the better. If in doubt about something, write a cover letter explaining everything that you think people might have problems understanding. Good LUCK!!!
thanks, regarding documents as evidence of our marriage, should we send everything for the last 2 years or just the most updated, recent one? For instance, bank statements and utility bills?
thanks, regarding documents as evidence of our marriage, should we send everything for the last 2 years or just the most updated, recent one? For instance, bank statements and utility bills? I think you want to prove that there is a long history of financial interraction between the two of you... so Id send the oldest, newest and in between bills/statements etc.
I-751 question!!!
