Immigration Site

Hi Folks, like a lot of folks my 751 is 3 months overdue for processing. Called the 800 number and the rep gave me the normal run around saying a status will be mailed to me when deemed ready.

This is my question. My Case Portfolio show this
1.) 751 LUD 03/14/2007
2.) I-130 (This was approved in April 2005 hence I got my Conditional GC) shows a LUD of 09/30/2007 and a status of Case received and pending ???????????????????

Why is my I-130 being touched and pending for my 751 file ??

Any Ideas ...

I think the I-130 status is ok...mine is the same...infact my 751 was approved recently but my I-130 still shows pending and it did get touched during my 751 case. So I dont think #2 matters. #1 does matter....

appreciate the response. What was your 751 timeline and which service center ? Applied early August to NSC, case transferred to CSC and got my card at the end of November. I think CSC is way faster than most other service centers at the moment.
