Compliments of the season.....
I have a question to ask and would appreciate your insights/comments/suggestions.
I came here as an F1 and I am still maintain my F1 status. Recently, I applied for AOS in October 08, as my wife become a US Citizen.
Today, I received my EAC (Employment Auth Card), and was wondering if I had to still maintain my F1 status or not. I have a job offer and would like to start asap (I would prefer to start working full time in January!!).
So, the million dollar question is, do I still have to maintain my F1 status (fulltime study) till the Interview or I can just work?
Thanks,

I dont think you need to. Did you get EAC through AOS or F1?
Once the AOS is filed, you no longer need to maintain F-1 status.
I got my EAD thru AOS based on my wife attaining US Citizenship.
Thanks for the help.
Cheers
