Getting GC through marriage to US citizen living separately in USI am a US Citizen and would like to sponsor my spouse for GC. She is currently employed in a different city in the US and is on H1. Can she give up her job and move with me after application of I-485 or will she lose her legal status by doing so. When is she eligible to live with me, is it after she gets her employment authorization?
