How Can I Obtain A Status?
I came into the USA with a J1/J2 Visa, not sure which one, it expired after 6 months. I am on a Overstay now since 1989. What are my options?
My mother has a GC, 1 Bro has a GC, the other is a Us Citizen.
As an overstay you can not obtain a "Status" if nobody has petitioned for you already.
