Dilema...Hi I need some advice. I am a GCH and would become a citizen at about 2012. I got married and my wife has been out of status, oh since she was 12 years old. Anyway she was brought here by her parents and has been here since. It is a long story as to why her parents still havent resolved their case. She would be one of those who would benefit from the DREAM act, if it ever passes. My question is this; should I file an I130 for her now or wait till I become a citizen?

did she come here with a visa and overstayed?
She is 26 and yes she came witha turist visa
