After receiving GC, what are we supposed to do with I-94 attached to the passport when came to country?
Is it demanded by USCIS during the process or we give it to officer while going out of country
or
we just toss it/Shred it ?
Thank you for your help in advance.
Is it demanded by USCIS during the process or we give it to officer while going out of country Generally, USCIS will ask for it back at the interview. If not, you can return it next time you leave or re-enter the US.
what if the one in the passport is expired? return the unexpired i-94 on the h1 approval as well? as a non-immigrant i only returned the white passport i-94s whenever i left the country.
You can also keep it as a momento until your naturalise. At the time of naturalisation, USCIS offers an opportunity to the GC holder to return all USCIS issued documents.
