I am about to aplly for GC through USC wife.
Iam on H1b.came to us legally,worked a month without authorization which i added in G-XXXa form.
Never been convicted or charged.got a ticket once for tag light not working.
Our marrige is legit with alll docs.

I am jus considering a Worst case scenario--what if they deny my I-485 will they remove out of US provided i used my EAD....?

are there any other reasons for rejectons apart from above not being true.

If they deny the I-485 and you have no basis for being here (like a valid, unexpired H/L) then yes, you could be put into removal proceedings. But based on what you have said, its doubtful your case would be denied.

are there any other reasons for rejectons apart from above not being true. Inadmissibility based on health/criminal record, or the marriage ceasing to exist.
