i have an approved I-130 case.
the priority date is now current as of Jan.2009.

i want to know if i was supposed to file an I-824 after the I-130 was approved or if the I-130 would move on by itself?

This is a 245i case, brother to sister.

what is the very next step?

ive had so many different answers as to what to do next.

am i waiting for a letter from someone telling me what to do or am i on my own now to start filing papers and if so, what do i do first?
