Seperate I-864 forms are needed for each parent since they are on seperate petitions.

If I follow the I-864 instructions strictly, then in determining the household size for the Affidavit of Support, I should only include 1 beneficiary in each I-864 form.

1. Is this what everyone else has done? Included only 1 beneficiary in the household size calculation on each I-864 form?

2. Does NVC instructions allow I-864EZ instead of I-864?

3. Also, has anyone successfully used I-864EZ while sponsering parents?
