My husband will become a usc on tuesday and we are about to start the process for my AOS. My question is if we want to send sworn affidavits from third parties on knowledge of our marriage, does it have to be notatized. I will post my timeline when we start.

As long as I know...for AOS you dont need sworn affidavits...you actually dont need to send anything about your comingled life in any form.

for now only your marriage cert will act as a legal proof of marriage , when you will be called in for an interview you can start collecting more evidence to prove a bona fide marriage, good luck

Thanks in advance Are you filing I-130 along with I-485 or just I-485? You would need documents to prove bonafide marriage if you are filing I-130 and not I-485.
